Lift and handling equipment is becoming more and more digitalized and automated. It enables us to provide other services, for example, in the form of automatic updates, remote maintenance, and operations. However, this also makes the equipment more vulnerable to cyber-attacks.

To enable CyberSecure systems, we have embedded the international security standard IEC 62443-3-3 in our code design tools, creating user and user profiles and setting authentication levels on any object. We provide a resilient on-vessel edge solution for data collection from machines and sensors; transfer data to the cloud, compliant with IEC and DNV security standards. This includes data pre-processing, high-speed data storage, and store-and-forward. With this basis, we deliver CyberSecure lift and handling systems to our customers in line with existing and coming class regulations.
